The 2015 TEDxKC Challenge

Do you have an idea worth spreading?  An idea with the potential to change your workplace, community or the world? 

We invite you to take the TEDxKC Challenge and submit your idea for a chance to give a TEDx talk on August 29, 2015 in Kansas City.  

The theme for this year’s TEDxKC is “Reimagine — See The World As It Isn’t”

How To Participate:

Submit your original idea in the form of a 2-3 minute video along with a clearly written summary.  This is an open-ended challenge, anything goes, be creative, be thoughtful.  A fancy video isn’t necessary — we’re interested in your idea.

Prizes:

The winner will be invited to share your idea with the TEDxKC 2015 audience on the stage at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.  Travel to Kansas City, if needed, are covered for the winner.

Eligibility:

Open to any age group; must be US residents only. 

About TEDxKC:

TEDxKC is the largest TEDx event in the North America and one of the largest in the world.  Our seventh year, the event is streamed live to a global audience, rebroadcast on public television, available online and enjoyed at watch parties all over Kansas City.  The event itself takes place in front of several thousand attendees at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
